MIDI implementation details for the Novation Circuit Mono Station.

Send messages for oscillator 1 and oscillator 2 on their assigned MIDI channels (MIDI channels 1 and 2 by default)

For parameters with a CC MSB and CC LSB, the CC LSB is used to create an 8-bit message with a range of values from 0 to 255.
