Zoom MultiStomp MIDISTOMP MIDI CCs & NRPNs

This is not the stock Zoom MultiStomp MIDI implementation. These CCs only work on an MS-50G, MS-60B or MS-70CDR running the MIDISTOMP custom firmware v1.2. Stock Zoom firmware ignores them. That's why the device is named "MultiStomp MIDISTOMP", and not after a single pedal model. The MIDISTOMP CCs follow the pedal's CC RECEIVE and MIDI CHANNEL settings (omni by default).
