UDO Audio Super Gemini (Super 8) MIDI CCs & NRPNs

The Super Gemini's MIDI implementation and the Super 8's MIDI implementation are almost identical. This definition assumes the Super Gemini; the Super 8's few exceptions are called out in the parameter notes, where necessary.
